Lisa Robinson, originally from Cuba, NY created this watercolor in 2004.
Lisa Robinson is a watercolor artist from Rochester, New York. Formerly of Cuba, with ties to Angelica, Lisa's paintings showcase the architecture and landscapes of Allegany County. She finds the beauty in an old run down porch, a forgotten barn or a group of trees along the road way. Lisa also hosts workshops on watercolor painting, drawing and outdoor sketching. You can see her work on her website at www.Lisarobinsonwatercolors.com or on Instagram at LisaRobinsonart.
Jeremy Sniatecki designed this poster as part of the Angelica Boosters project.
Jeremy Sniatecki’s family has had a quiet presence at the village edge of Angelica since the 1950s. He grew up spending many weekends and summer days on Town Hill Road, where is father currently resides. Along with learning to fish with his grandfather in Angelica, Belmont, etc., Jeremy looked forward every year to the demolition derby at the County Fairgrounds and to adding a new Heritage Days button to his collection each year. Currently residing in Rochester, NY with his wife Brenna and working as a graphic designer/commercial illustrator for clients around the world (including products based on Star Wars: The Mandalorian, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, etc), Jeremy hopes to retire in Angelica someday to write and illustrate his planned series of children’s books. Until then, he’ll be celebrating his lifelong adoration for the Southern Tier in a series of annual poster designs inspired by vintage travel ads.
